Marketing Operations Manager

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States. 

The role requires a mix of technical and analytical skills to optimize marketing efficiency, aligning with Fullstory's growth goals. Key responsibilities include assisting in digital campaign creation, collaborating on lead collection, supporting lead scoring, managing a database, and integrating with third-party vendors.

Daily tasks involve troubleshooting lead generation issues, overseeing Marketo campaigns, configuring campaign settings, creating and testing creative assets, analyzing audience targeting, and reporting on campaign results.

You'll collaborate with internal teams throughout the lead lifecycle to strategize implementation, communicate program builds, and troubleshoot issues. As you advance, you'll streamline processes, integrate third-party tech, iterate on existing processes, automate platforms, and test new UI functions in our tools. Ultimately, you'll play a crucial role in conducting new lead generation campaigns throughout the customer journey.  

In a typical day, you might:

  • Ensure no lead is left behind and every buyer and customer touchpoint is tracked, including monitoring lead scoring and assignment in Salesforce

  • Play a critical role in building and maintaining our automated revenue engine infrastructure

  • Guarantee the integrity of newly imported and existing data, finding and fixing inaccuracies, and improving workflows

  • Own our Marketo instance and data collection practices

  • Maintain partnership with our global team of stakeholders to drive campaign execution from requirements through build, testing, delivery and measurement.

We're looking for someone who:

  • 4+ years in a performance-focused marketing operations or marketing campaign management role at a B2B SaaS company or fast-growth startup.

  • Experience building marketing campaigns through Marketo at scale

  • Experience implementing lead scoring and lead routing using tools like LeanData

  • Experience with MarTech tools, including webinar platforms, CRM, etc. (we use. Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Outreach, Wrike, GA4, Goldcast, Lusha, Zoominfo).

  • Experience with Salesforce and LeanData with the ability to troubleshoot lead discrepancies

The impact you'll have in 12 months:

  • Process Management: identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.

  • Lead Management: support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.

  • Data Management: work closely within Marketing Operations and Marketing to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce and Marketo for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
