A key member of the Customer Success organization at FullStory, the Enterprise Customer Success Director (ECSD) acts as a trusted advisor and advocate for our largest, most strategic customers.
Work with a talented team of senior mobile systems engineers to provide a magical in-app recording analytics library that runs at a massive scale on many well known brands.
In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our product, engineering, customer success, marketing and other teams across the company. You’ll own FullStory’s Privacy Program to oversee data compliance and data ethics throughout the organization
