People Ops Coordinator

Atlanta

While Fullstory is remote first, we’re only looking for individuals based in Atlanta and expect the individual to work from our headquarters at least two days per week, both to support and learn from our employees and People Ops team members based in Atlanta.

Fullstory is looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded People Operations Coordinator to keep all of the HR operational trains running. It’s a great opportunity to learn the ropes of human resources at an established yet dynamic software company. You’ll join a collaborative team where every individual has a chance—and is expected—to influence our employees’ work experiences so they can, in turn, impact Fullstory.

As our People Ops coordinator, you are the first line of communication with new hires, and the magic behind the scenes, keeping our talent processes running smoothly. You are an ambassador for our team and culture, exuding reliability, clarity, and lightheartedness. You’re a great problem solver—you take pride in finding the answer or, if there isn’t an obvious one, proposing the next best option. You love to complete a daily to-do list, but more broadly, you’re curious about how to improve our work and your skills.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Own the steps required to care for Fullstorians during their employee journey. (e.g., onboarding, parental leave, employee relocation)

  • Keep our team in compliant by answering questions quickly and keeping information accessible and accurate. (i.e., FMLA, ACA, EEOC, I-9, W-4s)

  • Manage our HRIS for data accuracy and reporting, and ensure data cleanliness through thorough checks for payroll, quarterly reporting, and audits.

  • Understand how our reporting connects to all of our systems and intervene as necessary when gaps are found.

  • Support all of our employees with clarity, empathy and bionics.

Here's what we're looking for:

  •  Experience managing over 20+ incoming requests in a high-stakes, high-volume, and priority-shifting environment.

  • Experience providing support in a client facing role internally and/or externally.

  • Experience in effectively articulating organizational systems and methods for tracking both immediate tasks and long-term projects accurately in a timely manner.
