We are looking for a battle-tested and results-oriented leader who has experience building a “best in class” GTM FP&A function. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of personal accountability and a proven track record of operating effectively in ambiguity and prioritizing and resolving an array of issues concurrently. This role is fully remote and will report to the Head of FP&A.

Day to day you’ll:

  • Provide guidance to and develop recommendations for leadership on strategic resource allocation decisions, investment to outcome frameworks, and GTM strategy.

  • Lead the annual planning process, rolling forecast updates and routine reporting cycles (Board Meeting, Quarterly Business Review, Monthly Business Review) for all of GTM including ARR, bookings, churn and operating expenses; continually refine forecasting methodologies and mechanisms to drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and consistency.

  • Anticipate risks and opportunities relative to the current year outlook and long-term strategic plan; develop actions to mitigate risks and execute on growth opportunities.

  • Analyze complex problems using a data-driven approach; prepare compelling narratives and present to leadership including your findings, assessment and recommendations.

We're looking for someone who:

  • 8+ years of progressive growth in Finance, Strategy or related fields including 3+ years working in a high growth environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in owning the GTM planning process and ARR forecasting.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization and drive alignment across functions.

  • A proven track record of establishing and accomplishing objectives in a complex and constantly-evolving environment.

The impact you'll have in 6 months:

  • You have developed and implemented robust forecasting, reporting and analytics frameworks to track leading and lagging indicators of ARR growth enabling close to real-time monitoring of business performance, GTM productivity and efficiency.

  • You partnered with the GTM Strategy & Operations team to develop a comprehensive understanding of and perspective on pipeline modeling, analytics and reporting, highlighting areas of strength and weakness across demand generation channels, and making recommendations for action.

The impact you'll have in 12 months:

  • You are a trusted advisor to the GTM leadership team regularly identifying and surfacing breakthrough insights and analysis that directly impact key business decisions.
